A new art installation showcasing elements of Baw Baw Shire's natural landscape has brightened the footbridge overpass at the Warragul railway station.
Created by Warragul-based artist Linda Schmidt for the Transporting Arts Pilot Program, the artwork has added a splash of colour to the station space.
The program is a collaborative project between the Department of Transport and Planning, V/Line, Metro Trains, Yarra Trams and local councils, designed to enliven community and passenger experiences at train stations and tram stops across Victoria with public art installations.
